W.A.R. on RedMoon7 is the fourth studio album else from Floyd Boykin Jr. scheduled to release on August 30th, 2011. It has been creating quite a buzz from the first single called "Don't Give Up" featuring poet Selena J, and vocalists Patricia Daniels (who also appeared on "EKLIPSE" and "EARTHOLOGY") and Tendai Morris.
The second release scheduled is a song called "Close To Me" which features singer and dancer Carmen Amara and saxophonist Angelo Shaw.
W.A.R. on RedMoon7 is a twelve song release featuring a number of artists, in the same fashion of EARTHOLOGY. Featured on W.A.R. are Rachel Walker, Inna Rae, Tracy Mitchell, Patricia Daniels, Tendai Morris, Angelo Shaw, Marcus Leonard, Ebony Washington, Chris Lok, Ron "Chill" Williams, Tasha B, Carmen Amara, Adrianne Felton, Tia Mitchell from GRAVATY, FB3 (my son), Nyesha Smith, Copasetic Soul, Seviin Li (also featured all all of Floyd's albums), and his brother (real brother) TyLan.
This is an album dealing with social issues, love, hope with dreams, and self empowerment. Truly one of Floyd's most prolific pieces of work to date.
W.A.R. stands for "Where Artists Rule". RedMoon7 is that place we all go to create. "Red because we hot and we spirit that lyrical fire". The moon because artists shine on the earth in its time of darkest. 7 believe it is believed that artists are divine beings.

On 07-16-2009, the first single and video, "She Could Be My Wife", from the highly anticipated CD released "EARTHOLOGY" premiered online. Quickly receiving an underground buzz, the video was featured on Michael Baisden's website www.iseecolor.com and was up there for the entire weekend. It also featured on www.stlhiphop.com, www.passtheword.ning.com, and www.thepeoplepowernetwork.com.
The video was directed and edited by Floyd, with a little bit of camera help from Jacquette Boykin.
EARTHOLOGY the CD will have a digital release of late September, and the hard copy version will release at a later date. The CD includes collaborations with Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Maya Azucena, Tantra-Zawadi, Marc Marcel,
Al Caldwell, TIA from GRAVATY, Coco Soul, Seviin Li, Tracy Mitchell, Chill, Ms. Nterpretation, Derek Brown, El Thought, Indigo Lee, Tylan, Lamar Harris, Patricia Daniels, Tyrone Johnson and Angelo Shaw.

On 12-16-2008, Floyd premiered his very first music video, "A Shoulder To Lean On", which he also directed. It is a video dealing with domestic violence and other forms of abuse. Within four weeks of it's release, over 3000 people viewed it on youtube.com, it has been featured on various blogs on www.iseecolor.com (which is affiliated with The Michael Baisden Show), held the most viewed spot on www.ipeace.me for four days, and featured on various other sites.
